Chelsea Gay

The Creatrix behind CleoCATra

Chelsea Gay is a creatrix, somatic practitioner, and self-love embodiment muse. As a lifelong dancer trained in somatic attachment, she is passionate about guiding people out of their heads and into their bodies, helping them discover their inner magic and embrace an emotionally liberated life filled with pleasure, joy, happiness, and bliss. Chelsea believes in the infinite creative potential within each of us and champions radical self-expression as our greatest gift to the world.

As a seasoned event producer, Chelsea elevates her offerings, engaging all the senses through conscious event production services, somatic movement and embodiment workshops, ecstatic dance, community events, and 1:1 EFT and embodiment sessions.

CleoCATra, a name inspired by a transformative retreat in Tulum and an exploration of burlesque, embodies Chelsea's highest self and creative essence. This persona helps Chelsea break old belief patterns, embrace vulnerability, and step boldly into her mission of increasing the world's capacity to FEEL through embodiment.

Embody your inner magic!

Chelsea's journey of overcoming alcohol abuse, depression, and trauma led her to the profound healing power of connecting to the body's wisdom through embodiment. Influenced by luminaries such as Gabrielle Bernstein, Gabrielle Roth, Dr. Gabor Mate, Peter Levine, Gay Hendricks, and Gala Darling, Chelsea embarked on a path of somatic therapy, movement, and dance.

Trained as an Ecstatic Dance Facilitator and DJ under legends like Samadhi Strahan with EDEN and through Embody Lab on Somatic Attachment Theory, Chelsea believes that true creation begins with inner healing. She hosts alcohol-free events like the Inner Child Halloween Party and themed ecstatic dances, making "the inner work" enjoyable and accessible. Through CleoCATra, Chelsea invites you to embark on a journey of vibrant, free, and radically authentic living.
